This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
This camp will focus on strength and conditioning using body weight while incorporating cardio drills suited for young athletes. The focus will be on building strength, flexibility and coordination which can result in improved performance and fewer injuries. Each session will include 45 minutes of warm up and training, followed by a group activity.

This program will be run by Certified Fitness Trainer, Anne Thomas, who has over 4 years experience and specializes in endurance and interval training.
