Mommy, Daddy and Me

Overview: This fun and active class is designed to help toddlers develop their gross motor skills and be introduced to soccer. With the help of experienced coaches and interaction with their respective parent(s), children will participate in an unstructured learning environment with some integration of various games that promote balance, coordination, and some ball skills.

• Develop gross motor skills (ie running, jumping, and using different surfaces on the foot)
• Improve coordination and balance
• Learn some basics of soccer, such as dribbling
• Build confidence and social skills
• Have fun and get exercise!

Class Schedule

This class is held on Saturdays mornings, for 45 minutes. Parent participation is required for children to attend and participate.

What to Wear

Children should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Shin guards are not needed.

What to Bring

A water cup/bottle is recommended.
